Surf Swim Cushion

This bright contemporary coastal design cushion would look at home on a modern sofa or Ercol chair in an eclectic coastal seaside themed room.

One side of the cushion depicts my retro style surf Bellyboard Design, and the other side features two ladies taking a break from their daily swim in the shallow end, having a chat and adjusting their costumes whilst others carry on with their aquabatics.

Verbena bonariensis cushion
Verbena bonariensis cushion

Verbena bonariensis Linen cushion printed with my original design.

From my Coastal Garden Flowers range of illustrations, Verbena bonariensis is one of my favourite plants. Bouquets of tiny pink purple flowers on tall spindly stems attract butterflies and bees throughout the summer and early autumn.

This cushion would be perfect for a gardener or someone who loves flowers as much as I do!

My Dog Cockles illustration printed onto linen and made into a cushion.

A duck feather cushion pad is included, however if you would like an alternative to feather, for example a hypoallergenic pad, please let me know when placing the order.

Size: 40cm x 40cm (16in x 16in)

Each cushion is made by me, and is therefore unique – it may vary slightly from the photograph shown.

The Dog Cockles look like they have been hand painted by the sprites of the sea, each one is unique and tessellated with irregular orange shapes through to blue and brown stripes. They are also called Amande de Mer in French (almond of the sea) The strandline is where the sea meets the sand, and I love beachcombing for interesting shells and pebbles amongst the flotsam and jetsam which is washed up.
